Job Title: MRI Tech (PEDS) • Varied (Weekends)
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a dedicated MRI Technologist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating MRI scanning equipment and ensuring the safety of all individuals entering the MRI scan room. The MRI Technologist will produce images for Radiologists, orient patients and their families to the scan procedure, and prepare and process patients for the study. The technologist will also communicate procedural information to the Radiologist, prepare and assess image quality, and present completed images to the Radiologist.
This is a 13•week position with 36 hours per week, primarily during 12•hour weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
Requirements:
• ARRT Certification
• BLS Certification
• COVID Vaccine and Booster (if eligible)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Prior radiology experience preferred
Please note that this position may require floating between campuses. The successful candidate will be joining a team at a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center.
