Job Title: Registered Nurse • Telemetry • Night Shift
Location: San Antonio, TX
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: 12•Hour Nights, alternate weekends
Role: As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you'll provide high•quality care to diverse patients, including post•surgical and chronic disease cases.
Responsibilities:
• Patient care in telemetry setting
• Monitoring and adjusting patient care plans
• Collaborating with healthcare team
• Using EMR for patient documentation
Requirements:
• TX State RN License or Multistate
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, EKG
• 2 years of relevant experience
Preferred: MSU/Tele experience
Patient Ratio: 1/5 to 1/6
Equipment: Alaris pumps, Epic EMR, Westcom nurse call, vocera
