Seeking a rockstar to join our HR Shared Services product management team as the Workday Talent & Performance Product Owner. Reporting to the Configuration Lead, this role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of our Workday system and processes. We're seeking a collaborative individual who thrives on partnering with diverse teams across the organization to optimize our HR technology solutions.

Requirements:
•Minimum 3 years of hands-on configuration experience in Workday Talent & Performance. 
•Adaptable to change and committed to continuous learning and development.
•Demonstrated ability to influence and manage workload effectively.
•Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
•Proficiency in Workday Recruiting is essential. 
•Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently, prioritizing tasks with a keen sense of urgency.

Responsibilities:

1 .Collaborate with the HR Program Director to devise and execute the Workday configuration strategy.
2 .Actively engage with the Workday Community to advocate for our business needs and stay updated on industry best practices.
3 .Develop proof of concepts based on business requirements and recommend streamlined end-to-end processes. 
4 .Work closely with internal technology teams and external vendors to ensure seamless alignment between processes and systems. 
5. Foster relationships with global stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their needs. 
6. Drive regular meetings with global business advisory partners to gather insights and guide configuration design. 
7. Document business requirements thoroughly and execute system configuration activities meticulously. 
8. Stay abreast of the Workday roadmap and provide valuable inputs to enhance our system capabilities.
