Job Title: Behavioral Health • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) • Day Shift
Join our behavioral health team as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Los Angeles County, CA. This 13•week contract position offers potential for extension.
Responsibilities:
• Administer medication and perform blood draws.
• Provide psychiatric inpatient care in a secured environment.
Shift Details:
• 40 hours/week, 6:00 AM•2:30 PM.
• Work every other weekend.
Requirements:
• Active CA LVN License, BLS, Blood draw/IV, MAB/CPI Certifications.
• Two years of psychiatric inpatient experience.
• Experience in a secured environment and travel experience preferred.
• COVID•19 vaccination and booster (if eligible).
Additional Information:
• No on•call requirement.
• PPE provided, on•site parking, EMR: Cerner.
• Case types: Juvenile Court Behavioral Services, Psych, Correctional.
