Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) • Corrections • Nights
Join our team in Huntsville as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) providing top•tier nursing care in a correctional setting. This night shift role requires a 36/48 hour weekly rotation.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient care following nursing standards and procedures.
• Rotate between units within a 50•mile radius.
• Contribute to nursing care planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and dignity.
Requirements:
• Compact or Texas LVN license.
• 1.5 years of experience in acute care, med•surg, ED, or similar.
• BLS and IV Therapy certification.
• Ability to thrive in a fast•paced environment.
• COVID•19 vaccination (exemptions accepted).
Preferred Experience:
• LTAC, ER, Skilled Nursing, Psych, or correctional setting experience.
This 13•week assignment may be extended. A sign•on bonus is available upon completion of required modules. The work week is Saturday to Friday, with potential overtime based on performance, punctuality, and attendance. Resilient, independent nurses are encouraged to apply.
